Care

How we care for our clothing plays an integral role in how long it will last.

The best thing you can do for your swimsuit (any swimsuit) is to rinse it in cold water immediately after wear, even if it didn't get wet. Spot clean stains with a small amount of mild laundry detergent by gently rubbing over the stain with your fingers.

Hand wash your swimsuit in cold water. It's machine washable (delicate), but we much prefer hand washing to extend the life your suit. Never tumble dry. Good news - swimsuits dry quickly! It's kinda their thing. Just scrunch yours into a ball to remove excess water and hang or lay flat to dry, out of direct sunlight.

Nylon fibers are delicate, so you never want to twist or wring out your swimsuit. This can overstretch the fibers of your suit and possibly break them. Be aware that contact with rough surfaces causes pilling. While our fabric is pill-resistant, no swimsuit is pill-proof. We know this is pretty unavoidable for kids (adults too), but it's worth mentioning. Pilling won't affect the integrity of your suit.

Show your swimsuit some love and it will see you through many, many good weekends :)
